Es war meine erste Yoga-Stunde. Die Kursleiterin hatte eine angenehme Stimme und konnte die Übungen gut erklären.
Etwas enttäuscht war ich jedoch, dass die Stunde auf Französisch gehalten wurde – besonders an einem Ort wie Kerzers, wo überwiegend Deutsch gesprochen wird.
Gegen Ende der Stunde wurde es außerdem im Raum sehr laut, da Personen, die nicht am Kurs teilgenommen haben, sich unterhielten. Dadurch war es schwierig, sich weiterhin auf die Übungen zu konzentrieren und wirklich zu entspannen.

Audrey est géniale.
Elle est très douce, à l’écoute et trés bienveillante. Elle sait mettre en confiance, même lorsque le soin n’est pas forcément le plus confortable, comme lors d’un travail sur le plancher pelvien. Elle explique chaque étape avec beaucoup de clarté et prend le temps de prévenir chacun de ses gestes, ce qui permet de se sentir en sécurité et respectée.
Je recommande vivement de se faire accompagner et chouchouter par elle. ✨
